Russ Winslow is a litigation associate that has been with the firm since its inception in 2006. His experience includes multiple trials, motion and pleading practice, depositions, oral argument, and coordinating complex cases involving multiple parties and lawyers, both as sole counsel and as co-counsel with firms that are not located in San Diego. He has represented corporate and individual clients in state and federal court, involving securities, partnerships, trade secrets, elder abuse, real estate, professional liability, corporate disputes, and wrongful death matters. He maintains an active pro bono practice and has extensive experience related to public interest, including pro bono representation of indigent youths charged with crimes.

Practice

Concentrating on litigation, including business disputes, breach of contract actions, officer and director liability, securities litigation, professional liability, trade secret litigation, elder abuse actions, and select personal injury matters.

Personal Interests

Russ is a California native and spends as much of his free time as possible outdoors, surfing, camping and fishing.
